  3. How long does it take for an order to ship?

    Orders normally ship either the same day or the following business day.  During the Christmas season all orders will be shipped right away so they can be delivered in time.  If you have any questions about whether something will be shipped on time for Christmas please call us at 201-522-1902.

  4. What shipping methods are available?
    We use USPS (The US Post Office). We do this so we can keep our shipping rates low. If for some reason you would like the item shipped by an alternative method please contact us.

  5. Is USPS Express Mail guaranteed next day delivery?
    Not in all circumstances. We ship from New Jersey and in most cases it is guaranteed next day. In some rural areas of the US, Express Mail only guarantees 2nd day delivery.

  6. What is your return policy?

    We accept returns on orders within 15 days of the order as long as it is in original condition with tags connected. All orders within 40 days of Christmas must be returned by January 15th.  We also charge a $5.00 restocking fee per item.  Send the item to:

  7. What is your exchange policy?
    We will exchange any item as long as the item is still in original condition with tags, and the size you need to exchange for is available. We do charge a $4.50 fee to cover the cost for return shipping.

  8. Do you personalize or embroider items?
    No we do not do embroidery. Usually there is a local business that you can get to do it for you at your local mall.
